We have been designing, manufacturing and assembling stands in IFEMA pavilions for more than 18 years. We know in detail the administrative processes, the deadlines of each fair, the assembly regulations and the particularities of each venue.
We work with 100% our own team from our workshop in Humanes de Madrid: 3D design, carpentry, painting, signage, electricity and assembly. No subcontractors, no surprises and with a fixed budget from the first moment.
Services for your stand at IFEMA
3D design and rendering
Before making your stand, we show you exactly how it will look. 360° 3D visualization with materials, lighting and furniture in detail. You approve the render, we build it.
In-house manufacturing
We manufacture your stand in our own workshop in Humanes de Madrid. Carpentry, painting, signage, electricity and furniture, all under the same roof. Deadlines met, quality controlled.
Assembly and disassembly
Our assembly team knows IFEMA inside and out. We arrive earlier, assemble according to the schedule and disassemble when the fair ends. We store the parts so that you can reuse the stand at future fairs.

Study of the project and fair
We analyse which fair it is, which pavilion you have, the measurements of your space and the objectives of your brand. We advise you on the particularities of each IFEMA venue.
3D design and proposal
We present you with a 360° rendering with materials, lighting and furniture. We iterate with you until the design exactly reflects your brand and complies with the pavilion's regulations.
Manufacture in our own workshop
We build your stand at Humanes de Madrid. Carpentry, painting, signage, electricity: everything at home. This allows us to control deadlines and quality without depending on third parties.
Assembly and disassembly
We set up your stand on time and stay for maintenance during the fair. At closing, we dismantle, manage waste and store reusable parts.

IFEMA pavilions where we set up
IFEMA has 14 pavilions distributed in its two venues. We have set up stands in practically all of them and we know the logistical particularities of each one: access for heavy vehicles, available heights, electrical connection points and specific assembly schedules.
