We take care of the whole process so that your company only has to focus on its fair.
We work with a 100% in-house team from our workshop in Humanes de Madrid: 3D design, joinery, painting, signage, electrics and assembly. We coordinate transport to Bilbao and hold the quotation firm from the very first moment. No subcontractors, no surprises.

3D design and rendering
Before we build the stand we show you how it will look: a 360° render with materials, lighting and furniture. You approve it, we build it.
In-house manufacturing
We build your stand in our workshop in Humanes de Madrid. Joinery, painting, signage, electrics and furniture, all under one roof. We transport it to Bilbao pre-assembled or ready to put together.
Assembly and dismantling
Our team travels to the BEC, builds to the venue’s schedule and dismantles when the fair ends. We store the reusable parts.

Project and trade fair study
We look at which fair it is, which BEC hall it takes place in, the dimensions of your space and your brand’s objectives. We advise you on regulations and on the particulars of the venue.
3D design and proposal
A 360° render with materials, lighting, furniture and technical areas. We iterate until the design reflects your brand and meets the fair’s technical requirements.
Manufacturing in our own workshop
We build the stand in Humanes de Madrid. We coordinate transport and assembly from day one so we never depend on anyone else’s deadlines.
Transport, assembly and dismantling
We transport the stand to Barakaldo, build it on schedule and stay for maintenance during the fair. At the close we dismantle it and store the reusable parts.

The Bilbao Exhibition Centre
The BEC is in Barakaldo, ten minutes from the centre of Bilbao and very well connected by road and metro. It is one of the most modern exhibition centres in Europe, with six high-capacity modular halls, a multipurpose central building and extensive outdoor areas. We design and build stands for any of its halls, taking their particulars into account: technical loads, access for heavy vehicles, reinforced electrical connections and specific build-up times.
